Welcome to our Shipping Options Page! We understand that getting your orders to you in a convenient and efficient manner is essential.

That’s why we offer a range of flexible shipping options to suit your needs. Whether you prefer speedy doorstep delivery or the convenience of Pudo lockers, we’ve got you covered.

Explore the various shipping methods available and find the one that best fits your preferences. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make sure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible.

Please see our process below:

  1. Order is received by Fun with Soap
  2. Once your payment has been cleared and reflects in our bank account, your order goes into the queue for packaging.  This can take up to 1 day depending on how far your order is in processing.
  3. Once packed and ready for dispatch your order will be booked for collection by the relevant courier you selected when you placed your order.  This could take up to 1 day depending on the courier’s collection schedule.
  4. Once your order has been collected, your tracking number number will be sent to you by email that evening or the following morning.
  5. If you chose self collection we will notify you once your order is ready for collection.  Please do not collect unless we have notified you that your order is ready to be picked up.  We do not push orders in front of other orders to rush your order as this affects the process line and it is unfair on other Clients.
  6. If you have not received a tracking number after 3 days please contact Pat on 082 777 1730 by whatsapp.

When you choose Pargo at checkout, we’ll swiftly dispatch your parcels to your preferred Pargo collection point. Simply click the ‘Select collection point’ option, and a map will pop up, displaying all available collection points. Pick your preferred one, complete your order, and you’re good to go!

Please note that our service is not a door-to-door delivery; we specialize in parcel collection. The maximum weight we can handle per parcel is 9kg. You can typically expect your delivery within 1 to 7 days. We’ll also provide you with a tracking number for your convenience. How it Works

Add your products to the shopping cart and choose Pargo at check out.

Select your preferred Pargo point and complete check out.

You will receive a sms and email notification when your parcel arrives at the Pargo point. Collect when it suits you best!

Fast Way

Door-to-door delivery.  Usually 1-10 days delivery .

After placing your order, you’ll receive a tracking number. For any tracking inquiries or assistance with your delivery, please contact Fastway directly. It’s important to note that Fun with Soap does not serve as an intermediary for late deliveries; we recommend reaching out to Fastway directly for any delivery-related concerns.

How Pudo Locker To Locker Works:

  1. Begin by selecting the items you want to purchase and proceed to checkout.
  2. During checkout, opt for the ‘Pudo locker to locker’ shipping method.
  3. To find the nearest Pudo locker to your location, visit https://www.pudo.co.za/where-to-find-us.php.
  4. Once you’ve identified the closest Pudo locker, select it, and make a note of the locker’s name. Copy and paste this name into the provided notes section during checkout.
  5. After your payment is confirmed, we’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.
  6. Pudo will send you a PIN via SMS and email once your order has reached its destination locker.
  7. Monitor the status of your package’s arrival at your chosen locker. When it’s ready for pickup, select the ‘pick up’ option on the screen and enter the PIN provided. You can track your parcel’s progress at https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track.
  8. The locker containing your parcel will then open, allowing you to retrieve your items.
  9. Pudo lockers are accessible 24/7 at selected locations, giving you the flexibility to collect your parcel at your convenience.

Please note that parcels will only be available for collection for 48 hours. If not collected within this time frame, they will be returned to the nearest Courier Guy hub, and a collection fee will be charged by the courier company.

It’s important to mention that Pudo locker to locker service may have longer delivery times compared to door-to-door delivery. Fun with Soap will not be responsible for any delays in collections.

If you don’t specify a Pudo locker in the notes during checkout, Fun with Soap will select the closest Pudo locker to your address on your behalf.
