Formulation:

Conditioner Base 4% (40g)

Water – Balance -96% (960g)

Fragrance q.s.

Preservative q.s.

Heat half the water to 80 Degrees celcius

Add Conditioner base

Stir for 5 minutes

Add Remaining Cold water in small quantities and stir until the base is smooth and free of lumps.

Add fragrance

Add preservative
